Mercy freight sitting out in the rain.

It was a light to heavy drizzle. Most of the other hospitals have covered unloading.

Here is one of their trucks on March 14th. In clear violation of the parking ordnance. The tail gate comes down and the driveway is used. See yesterday's video.

It has been brought to my attention, Mercy is required to have 10ea 10 x 40 foot spaces for commercial vehicles on their property. This is based on their square footage.

I feel we deserve some answers from Mercy and from the city.(Corrected)
