The dashed blue squares show the service vehicle plan for the EIR report. There is no increase in existing freight facilities despite a huge increase in hospital square footage. This was a big oversight, or else the plan was to unload freight on J St. and in the neighborhood.................
For Monday I will talk to fire department people again. They can not make the tight turns and dead end alley with a large fire truck. I asked a fireman yesterday how they would fight a fire in this core area? He gave me a text book, some what glib reply, "With strategic placement of equipment."
