This morning, Thursday, the delivery truck has just about all his rear tires in the street traveling lane. Note the Xerox van has shifted partly to the middle lane. Note no safety cones out. To the best of my knowledge Mercy has no plans to add commercial parking elsewhere on the "Campus" even after the big expansion is done in 2013.
Freight sharing traffic with people. It does not present a safe situation.
