Photo taken this morning- A Mercy Vendor is parked past the parking limit lines and into the traveled roadway, forcing the traffic into the middle lane to safely pass by.
You can clearly see how far the vendor is parked part way in the traveled lane.

This shows how far the green truck has moved over to pass, creating an unsafe situation.

Here you can observe a passing car and truck doing the same thing. This middle lane is required and used by cars, vans, trucks, and buses turning left into Mercy's main entrance. There could be more chance in Danger of a head-on collision with cars passing from opposite direction utilizing the center turning lane to get passed the vendor truck sticking out in the middle of traffic.
