As far as safety is concerned, this truck is safely parked out of the traveled lane. As far as the public using sidewalk this handling freight could be unsafe. As far as the truck climbing the curb to park it shows a get-by no class situation. This has been going on since 2008. And will go on until Mercy provides commercial off-street parking. Of all the hospitals in the area, nobody does this freight handling on the side walk. Mercy has no plans to change even in the distance future.
