Here is my smoking plan. It is not perfect, but it is original and gives a fresh look. Thinking outside the box.The new smoking area could be in the garage of 842 41st St., Mercy Guild building.

Here is the garage. It could open directly on to the Mercy pathway. It would need venting fans to filter and exhaust the smoke. It could be fixed up nicely. The reps could help pay for it and pitch their patches, medical aids, etc. It would keep the smokers off J and H Sts. I imagine it would get opposition from the neighbors on either side, but would be unseen. The Guild needs would have to be considered.
