Here comes the chow for the hospital, down the pedestrian sidewalk. 
Then it is collected here and another hand cart picks it up and moves it through the whole cafeteria to its back area location, a door way to the interior. Wait a minute, there is a much easier way to move this freight to the kitchen. Use the EIR as a clue.
