The beiged out area above shows the Mercy land available north of the cross street. Some is vacant, some for Mercy parking, some for contractor yard and parking. The space there is not being well used. By using it in shifts, spacing it out, and using the un-used portion along H St. Mercy could adhere to their EIR plan for service trucks. They could even adhere to city commercial parking requirements.................
I have been told I need more information about parking violators for the powers to take action. This picture shows the violation, the day and time, and the truck license number.
