Why we care. Mercy Hospital has had a negative impact our lives. Despite all the pre-construction meetings we had no idea they would do this. Their answer to our complaints: "If it is legal we can do it." Is there another major public serving facility like a hospital that uses the public streets and sidewalks as loading facilities. Loading and docking facilities that are next to a residential property.
