Sorry it has been such a hassle for you! I have to say though that sometimes you have to put up with crap for the greater good. The greater good in this case being that the ill and injured have a place to go to get healthcare. The construction for sure has been noisy,messy and a pain for all even the employees! As far as smoking goes it is still better to smoke in the open air than in an enclosed building. I hope that they will find a new smoking space for employees to go to. As far as patients and their families as you know we do not have any control over what they do since we do live in a free country.
